Madeline Clevenger is the founder of MClevenger Consulting, where she helps small businesses turn good ideas into sustainable, well-run companies. She holds an MBA with a focus in Organizational Behavior and Change Management, with an emphasis on how AI is changing the way businesses operate, connect with customers, and grow responsibly. Her background in Accounting and Finance, along with experience in tax, banking, lending, and nonprofit work, gives her a grounded understanding of the financial side of business decisions.
Madeline started her consulting practice after seeing a common gap. Many business owners have strong ideas but lack the structure and clarity to make them work long term. She helps translate ideas into strategy, turn to-do lists into plans, and build systems that support real growth. This is where your to-do list gets a plan.
